4 day old bagels, cut in 1/4 inch coins
12 eggs (I used egg sub w/ no cholesterol)
1 cup shredded cheese of choice
1/2 cup milk (I used non-fat)
pinch of s&p
375 degree oven, 13x9 pan sprayed with non-stick, 25 minute cooking time
Layer the 13x9 with two of the bagel coins, sprinkle with half the cheese. Layer the other two bagel coins, sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Whisk rest of ingredients and pour over the bagel layers. Place in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Place in hot oven for 25.
Serve immediately or let cool and place in fridge. Cut a piece and micro 20 seconds for kid friendly and husband friendly breakfast.
